2021 WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP - NOVEMBER 9 - SONG AND SPIRIT CRAFT EVENING
Women's Fellowship cordially invites our Church Community to an evening of Creative Peacemaking! It will be held on Tuesday, November 9, at 6:30 p.m., in our Social Hall. Participants will create, and take with them, a unique mosaic glass and bead border tile, around a selection of spiritual and inspirational quotes. NO PREVIOUS ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! WE PROMISE!!!
Song and Spirit Co-founder, Mary Gilhuly will lead us in this project - $25.00 per person, all proceeds benefit the many creative outreach projects of Song and Spirit. The Mission of Song and Spirit is to bring together people of different faith traditions/ethnicities in creative service, through music, art, education and direct outreach to the poor. Song and Spirit is committed to exploring those things we share with our brothers and sisters of all faiths - care of the poor, care of creation and peacemaking in its many forms. Mary Gilhuly will be very happy to provide additional information on Song and Spirit during our evening event.
We really hope you will consider attending this evening of women's fellowship, and please invite any friends or relatives to join us - It’s a great way to get acquainted with, or reacquainted with, both new and established members of our Church community and their friends. Please let Dorothy Sadler know how many people will be attending or if you have additional questions regarding this event!
WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL HERE - REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED!!! God Bless!
We are happy to invite all the women of the parish to our first meeting of the 2021 –2022 year. We have been on hiatus for far to long and are ready to start planning a few service projects, some socials, and perhaps a fundraiser. Our first meeting for the season will be Tuesday, September 14th at 7:00 pm in the Social Hall. We look forward to seeing our old friends and are eagerly awaiting some new friends joining us as well.
