Our catechists teach grades 1st through 5th in the Elementary Religious Education Program or grades 6th through 8th in the Summer Middle School Program, sharing faith and knowledge in a classroom setting to instill Catholic traditions, prayers and teachings into the hearts of our children. The Catechist is willing to attend ongoing formation topics to work toward certification.
Substitute Cathechist
A substitute catechist is a volunteer willing to fill in when one of the regular catechists must be absent.
The aide assists the catechist in the classroom and assists with the security of signing students in and out of class.
The Hall Monitor is an adult willing to consistently stay during Religious Education Class to monitor the R.E. Hallway as well as the Sign In/Sign Out Desk.
Parents and Family members who are willing and able to help organize and serve at religious education functions. Such events might include dinners, weekend activities, and interparish opportunities.
